A Family Farm
Located in Ware Shoals, South Carolina, Grimshaw Farms is a 180 acre family-run livestock operation that produces pasture raised lamb and sheep meat. We raise Katahdin hair sheep due to their resilience and excellent tasting meat. Because they are are a hair breed of sheep there is no wool to shear.

Grimshaw Farms is proud to participate in the The Certified SC program: a cooperative effort among farmers, processors, wholesalers, retailers and the South Carolina Department of Agriculture. The Certified SC brand and label identify goods that are grown and harvested or raised right here in the Palmetto State. Buying local not only means people are taking home fresher, tastier foods, it also means they are supporting our state’s farmers.
A Natural Product
Our farm prides itself on minimal tillage to maintain and grow the forage that feeds our flock. We use rotational grazing to create perfect harmony between the soil, grass, and livestock we care for. What does this mean for you? Naturally raised meat that is good for you and the environment.
