Welcome to Grimshaw Farms! We offer a scenic, working farm environment for photographers hosting mini sessions, family portraits, and styled outdoor shoots. To keep things smooth, safe, and professional, the following policies apply:
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Photographers are responsible for ensuring clients respect farm property. Damage will be billed accordingly.

✔️ Yes, but you must handle all setup and removal. Farm staff do not assist with props.
✔️ Yes, but only with prior written approval. Animals cannot be handled without permission.
✔️ Possibly — if pre-approved at least 14 days prior. Full supervision and cleanup required.
☔ Your deposit remains non-refundable. A new deposit is required for rescheduling.
💵 Full payment is still required. Our fee is fixed regardless of your client turnout.
