🐑 Farm Use Details
- Rental includes use of pasture areas, general natural scenery, and hay bales (round & square).
- Movable fencing panels can be used to build a small pen — advance notice required.
- No staff support or setup is included. Photographer is responsible for managing clients and cleanup.
Damage to farm property (fences, gates, buildings, or landscape) will be billed to the photographer.
🚫 Animal Use Policy
- If you’d like to photograph with animals, you must get written approval at least 14 days in advance.
- No riding, sitting on, holding, chasing, or restraining animals allowed under any circumstances.
- Access to rams, livestock guardian dogs, or working animals is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to decline any animal-related request at our discretion.
🐎 Outside Animals
- Outside animals (dogs, horses, etc.) must be approved in writing at least 14 days before your session.
- They must be on-leash or fully under control at all times.
- You assume full liability for any damage or injury involving your animals or clients.
🌦 Cancellations & Weather
- Deposits are non-refundable for any reason, including weather or client cancellations.
- If you need to reschedule, a new deposit is required.
- Our fee does not change based on your client turnout. It is your responsibility to fill your sessions.
